Sixth of October for Development and Investment Company (SODIC) applies a variety of measures to cope with the recent COVID-19 outbreak, Invest-Gate reports.

Following the guidance of WHO, global health organizations, and medical advisers, SODIC ensures the safety of its employees and their families. “This is our utmost priority,” the statement reads.

SODIC has taken an immediate response towards its offices, the communities it manages, and its construction sites.

The company set a remote working arrangement, which prioritizes mothers in light of the presidential decision to suspend education for the coming weeks. In an aim to prevent the spread of the virus, all non-business critical in-person meetings have been canceled, as well as, banning meetings in closed areas, with the ongoing and continuous deep cleaning and disinfecting of its offices.

As for SODIC communities, the company assures taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of its residents and tenants. To that end, the company has suspended all operations at its sports clubs and canceled any planned gatherings and events organized by the company.
