Strategically situated on Road 90, adjacent to The American University in Cairo (AUC), EDNC stands as a transformative hub showcasing specialty dining, artisanal products, innovative local concepts, and unique entertainment venues. Among its attractions is the highly anticipated Nobu restaurant and hotel, with the restaurant scheduled to open in early 2025, marking Nobu’s inaugural presence in Egypt.

To commemorate the launch, SODIC hosted an exclusive grand opening event themed “EDNC UNFOLDED.” The event showcased three immersive zones — “Grandeur,” “Off-Beat,” and “Eccentric” — each meticulously curated to embody the destination’s premium allure. Guests were treated to a comprehensive tour of the new spaces within “EDNC.”
