Egypt’s leading real estate developer Sixth of October for Development & Investment Company (SODIC) is now launching its newest destination east of Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Strategically located between the Cairo-Suez Road and the Cairo-Ismailia Road, SODIC East comprises twin houses, townhouses, and villas with areas ranging from 234 to 340 square meters.

The project features amenities that offer a diverse range of activities and services such as a club, a kids’ edutainment center, and a camping area.
