Egypt’s Sixth of October for Development and Investment (SODIC) has launched its latest project in North Coast, MALAAZ, Invest-Gate reports.

Located 193 kilometers from Alexandria on Alexandria-Matrouh road and eight kilometers before Caesar at Ras El Hekma, MALAAZ will be built on 125 acres.

Around 70% of the units will be boasting a sea view of a 600-meter frontage, according to the company’s official Facebook page.

MALAAZ clients will enjoy luxurious facilities such as a pristine pool and a beach clubhouse.

SODIC offers eight fully or semi-finished types of units, ranging from 165 square meters up to 1,020 square meters including chalets, townhouses, and twin houses.

Caesar is SODIC’s first development on the North Coast that was launched in 2015.
