SODIC, Egypt’s premier real estate developer, and Nobu, the globally acclaimed luxury lifestyle brand famous for its 41 hotels, 77 restaurants, and 12 residences, have inked a deal to introduce the Nobu Hotel and Restaurant to East Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The signing ceremony, held at Nobu Fifty Seven in New York, signifies a significant milestone for both companies, marking their third collaboration in Egypt. This partnership follows the successful launch of Nobu’s Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences in West Cairo and North Coast Egypt last year.

Moreover, positioned strategically within the newly developed Eastown District New Cairo (EDNC), the forthcoming Nobu Hotel and Restaurant will boast a prime location along Road 90, New Cairo’s primary artery, adjacent to The American University in Cairo.

Furthermore, Nobu’s entry into Egypt alongside development partner SODIC underscores a shared vision and expertise. Leveraging SODIC’s esteemed reputation as a leading high-end real estate developer in Egypt, this collaboration aligns seamlessly with Nobu’s commitment to delivering unparalleled luxury experiences worldwide.

Also, building upon existing projects, SODIC and Nobu are set to introduce luxury hotels, branded residences, and Nobu restaurants in signature developments like “The Estates Residences” in New Zayed and the developer’s upscale project on Egypt’s Mediterranean north coast.
