Sixth of October Development & Investment Company “SODIC” relaunches the 464-acre Karmell project in New Zayed, Invest-Gate reports.

The project was on hold due to the re-zoning of New Zayed City plans at large.

Magued Sherif, managing director of SODIC, says that the company is proud to relaunch this project with all its new and enhanced features. Additionally, New Zayed is the future of West Cairo and SODIC aims to achieve success in Karmell project.

Following the re-master planning, SODIC is launching a new phase of Karmell, one of three neighborhoods on the 464-acre project, bringing the Californian Carmel-by-the-sea experience to Egypt with a carefree lifestyle immersed in nature.

The newest phase of Karmell features fully finished apartments and houses, which overlook picturesque parks, with full-fledged amenities and entertainment spaces.

Moreover, Karmell is designed by renowned JZMK Partners. The new master plan has been further enhanced to feature two community hubs and six activity sites to host recreational community events and gatherings.
