Sixth of October Development and Investment (SODIC) has announced the launch and successful sale of its luxurious apartment complex, Allegria, located at SODIC West’s main gateway, in Sheikh Zayed, west Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Allegria, where interested clients are required to choose one of three unique finishing styles, overlooks SODIC’s flagship development Allegria Golf Club, the first Greg Norman-designed golf course in Egypt’s west Cairo, according to a recently released statement.

The award-winning residential development, which is designed by local and international architects, is the developer’s first fully-finished compound to be uncovered in SODIC West, following the launch of the renowned Forty West complex in 2009.

On March 25, SODIC released the first phase of Allegria, which comprises 83 apartments. With its launch having seen high interest from clients, the project was sold at premium pricing levels.

Meanwhile, the company plans to launch two new projects in April, namely “Six West” which will feature seven residential buildings, overlooking SODIC Sports Club, in addition to “V Residences” in SODIC’s Villette in New Cairo.
