SODIC, the leading real estate developer, will host its annual charity run on September 15 at its West development in coordination with the event organizer, TriFactory, with proceeds benefiting the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation, Invest-Gate reports.

The multi-distance event along SODIC West’s golf course and facilities offers opportunities for families and runners of all abilities, General Manager Ayman Amer said. Proceeds will aid the Egyptian heart surgeon’s work at the Aswan Heart Center, as in prior years.

“We are excited to welcome runners through our scenic routes while contributing to such an important cause,” Amer said.

TriFactory Founder Ayman Hakky said the foundation has been a past partner. “We can not wait for our running community to join this fun, impactful event,” he said.

The 10k, 5k, and 3k fun runs are a favorite annual fixture that has raised funds since 2017 for the renowned foundation and its life-saving pediatric heart surgery programs. Registration is open through TriFactory’s online portal.
