Solid CRM unveils next-generation smart features to drive digital transformation for real estate companies

The update enables sales teams to integrate WhatsApp directly with the platform, ensuring privacy while automatically linking conversations to customer profiles and storing all interactions securely. It also enhances email and phone communication, with automatic synchronization of emails and documentation of calls through the Solid Wave telephony module, creating a unified communication history across all channels.

Solid has also launched RAI – Revenue AI, an analytics tool that predicts deal-closing probabilities, evaluates sales performance, and recommends next steps for customer engagement, empowering managers with precise, data-driven reports.

In addition, the platform now includes a unified Omni-Dashboard, offering a modern, customizable interface for tracking marketing campaigns, customer activity, sales, and departmental operations in one place.

The system further integrates with other Solid solutions, such as Face-In for smart attendance, CoreHR for HR synchronization, and Sowai for linking digital marketing results directly to CRM customer profiles.
