Abu Soma Development Company has unveiled its latest two launches at its Red Sea Boutique Destination, Somabay, namely “Mesca” and “Reeftown Residences,” featuring both luxury and modern living together, Invest-Gate reports.
Developed to incorporate modern elements that are inspired by Somabay’s minimalistic style of natural colors and textures, Reeftown Residences endeavors to reflect the beauty of the Red Sea in structure and design, according to a recently released statement.
“Located between Wadi Jebal and Soma Breeze, the strategic positioning of Reeftown on the Reef side of the bay boasts unobstructed, panoramic views of the Red Sea and beyond. The project is comprised of intimate, two- to three-bedroom chalets that are designed to blend seamlessly into the surrounding natural landscape,” read the statement.
Reeftown is serviced with an array of amenities and facilities situated within the resort and is just a short walk away from Somabay’s world-renowned golf course, private coastline, and The Cascades Hotel.
As for Mesca, which is Somabay’s exclusive beachfront enclave, is masterplanned on varied elevations to provide unobscured views for all residents alike, and is embraced by the resort’s tranquil lagoon and sea views in every direction, boasting luxury-finished standalone villas, twin houses, as well as, corner and twin-villa lofts.
“The sundrenched development breaks down the optimum in beauty to invite the Red Sea’s serenity, its panoramic sunsets, and fresh breeze straight into every home,” Somabay remarked. All Mesca’s units are deemed “a fluid way to experience daily changing vistas, soothing waters, and [Somabay’s] paradise surroundings, captured from the comfort of your room,” the developer noted.
It is worth mentioning that the newest addition is complemented with “signature beachfront hospitality” – or Somabay’s Hotel Mesca, which spans a beachfront gym, beach volley, tennis courts, while featuring one of the top kitesurfing spots in the world.
