Somabay has announced a strategic partnership with Wander Commercial Development to create a new commercial hub across the bay, which is expected to open in 2025, Invest-Gate reports.

This dynamic development will offer a range of retail spaces, dining options, workspaces, and hospitality services to enhance Somabay’s community experience as renovations continue in the marina area.
