Sorouh Developments has entered into a new contract with Detac for contracting to commence construction work on the Cascadia phase of the Entrada project in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.
The initial contracts for this phase exceed EGP 250 mn, as part of Sorouh’s commitment to swiftly completing project phases despite global challenges affecting the real estate market.
Walaa Alami, Chairman of Sorouh Developments emphasized their successful partnership with Detac in previous projects, including the first phase of Entrada and the Citadel project. He highlighted Sorouh’s commitment to selecting experienced partners to ensure high-quality project implementation.
