Egyptian developer Sorouh Developments is taking part in the Cityscape exhibition for the fifth straight year to promote its New Administrative Capital projects, Invest-Gate reports.

Sherif Anwar, Commercial Head of the company, said the company will unveil special offers at its pavilion, mainly for the 72-acre, EGP 10 bn Entrada residential community in the new city.

Phase one unit deliveries are now underway at Entrada, while construction started this month on the luxury Cascadia section under a contracting agreement with Ditac.

Sorouh will also feature the EGP 1 bn Citadel administrative-commercial tower overlooking the presidential park, with construction 80% complete. The firm is additionally presenting the Entrada Avenue retail project in the R7  District of the new capital.

Anwar noted Sorouh’s focus on selecting prime locations and success partners to ensure projects meet the highest structural standards and preserve value and feasibility for clients.

Entrada offers a variety of unit types and sizes along with extensive services and landscaped areas occupying 80% of the development. Sorouh targets the expo to drive new sales.
