Egypt-based property developer Sorouh Developments has obtained a ministerial approval for implementing Entrada residential project, which spans over 72 acres, in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.
The fully-fledged project will be developed over four years at an investment value of EGP 9 bn and will comprise 3,000 residential units, with areas ranging from 120 to 220 square meters, Walaa Alami, a board member at Sorouh, said in a press statement on December 29.
Entrada, a Spanish word for “gateway,” will feature European-styled residential buildings, offering its clients will be offered with payment plans for up to ten years, Alami added.
According to the statement, the compound will provide fully furnished units with varying modules, including apartments, duplexes, and penthouses.
Furthermore, Entrada will comprise a commercial area that will span across 1.3 square meters, Alami noted, adding that it will be Egypt’s gateway to the future era of smart cities and will lead to a big boom in the country’s real estate sector.
