Sorouh Unveils Latest Project New Capital During Cityscape Egypt 2018

Sorouh, one of the largest real estate developers, will showcase its 72-acre Intrada project, located in R-7 in the New Administrative Capital, during its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2018, Invest-Gate reports.

The exhibition is takeing place at Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) from March 28-31.

Eng. Walaa Alami, a member of Sorouh’s board of directors, said that the project will include a number of residential buildings with units ranging from 120 to 220 square meters at prices starting from EGP 8,800 per meter.

Interada will also comprise duplexes and penthouses, all of which can be fully furnished. Sorouh plans to offer payment facilities of up to 10 years.

The project will also include a 1.3-square-kilometer European-style commercial area​​, with two connected towers to provide additional space surrounded by large green areas.

The name “Interada,” which means entrance in Spanish, is chosen to represent the actual location of the project at the city’s entrance and aims to be a gateway to the future and a new mode of life.

Sorouh is a joint-stock company comprising a group of Egyptian and Arab investors who have extensive experience in real estate development and architecture and have implemented more than 250 real estate projects in Egypt, UAE, Kuwait, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia.
