Sovana Group for Tourism Development launches 150 new units in Diamond project in Ras Sedr. The company plans to deliver these units in two years, Invest-Gate reports.
Abdel Hamid Al-Batsha, chairman of Sovana Group, says that the company expands its investments in Ras Sedr city as part of the state’s plan to develop South Sinai. Hence, the company completes the implementation of the Island project on an area of 35 acres.
The island project features the largest marina and a tourist walkway in Ras Sedr along 2500 meters that is fully operated and delivered to clients. Currently, the company is implementing its second project in Ras Sedr, Diamond Resort.
For his part, Mustafa Abdel Hamid, a board member, explains that the Diamond project spans over 50 acres and is being implemented in five phases, with a construction ratio of 20% and the rest are various services, landscapes, and lagoons. Additionally, the company is keen to implement an integrated project that includes all the elements of luxury and comfort for clients.
Abdel Hamid indicates that the implementation rate in the first three phases of the project reached 90%, while the implementation of phase IV of the project is underway. Also, phase V of the project includes hotel units and a 4-star hotel.
Additionally, the company plans to deliver the units within two years, as part of its plan to adhere to the implementation dates and delivery to its clients.
Ibrahim Attia, head of Sovana’s sales sector, notes that the project includes a variety of services and units of various sizes for clients. The project also features the longest beach in Ras Sedr at 3200 meters, on an area of 200,000 sqm, in addition to two Crystal Lagoons with an area of 5,000 meters per lake.
Attia reveals that the project’s new phase includes 150 units of various sizes. Alike, each phase of the project includes four swimming pools, an aqua park, a landscape, and a variety of services for clients.
The company undertakes the implementation, finishing, and management of the project after the operation in order to maintain the quality of the project and its investment value for clients.
