As part of its strategy to become a market leader in integrated commercial and service facilities in the real estate sector, Space Tank, a company specializing in managing commercial centers and service facilities, has entered into a contract with Sky Abu Dhabi Real Estate Development Company, Invest-Gate reports.
Sky Abu Dhabi is the real estate arm of the Emirati Diamond Group. The contract involves the preparation and development of the commercial and service area within the BlueTree residential project located in New Cairo.
This contract is a significant step in Space Tank’s expansion plans for 2024, as the company aims to secure more projects, establish partnerships with major marketing companies, organize exhibitions, and create a prominent and extensive group of commercial establishments and shopping centers.
Space Tank will collaborate with various real estate development companies in the Egyptian market, known for their renowned projects and residential communities.
In the BlueTree project, Space Tank will be responsible for consultancy and development work for the commercial facilities.
The project spans a total area of 50 acres, with 23,000 sqm allocated for commercial and service activities. It is strategically situated in the heart of New Cairo’s Golden Square, adjacent to the Al Ahly Club branch in the Fifth Settlement, and in close proximity to main thoroughfares leading to downtown and Cairo International Airport.
Space Tank’s role encompasses planning the commercial and service area of the project, including generating innovative ideas, engineering and technical planning, establishing an execution schedule with the best supporting tools, proposing the range of services to be provided within the project, facilitating communication with leading brands in relevant industries, and implementing promotional ideas for the project even before the completion of construction.
Eng. Shadi Salim, CEO of Space Tank, expressed his delight at signing this contract with a prominent real estate developer like Sky Abu Dhabi Company. He highlighted that Space Tank’s operations align with the high standards implemented by Sky Abu Dhabi in its real estate projects.
Salim also assured the execution of a residential compound combined with commercial and service components at the highest level of quality.
