A number of special land plots were delivered in Sheikh Zayed on Sunday, after they were previously offered in lottery last July, according to Gamal Talaat, head of the Sheikh Zayed Authority, reported  Al Borsa.

The delivery process will continue until February 8. The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities previously offered 16,400 special land plots allocated within eight new cities.

Applicants were allowed to attend the previous lottery by submitting their receipt for a down-payment that were provided in the Housing & Development Bank, according to Tarek El Sebaey, Supervisor of the Commercial and Real Estate Sector at the New Urban Communities Authority, Al Borsa previously reported.
