New Urban Communities Authority is to make booklets conditions an specification booklets for offered lands across 10 cities available as of January 31, Invest-Gate reports.

Condition and specification drafts of lands offered for sale in 10 new cities will be ready for booking as of January 31 at a cost of EGP 1000 per booklet, said Tarek ElSebaey, New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA)’s supervisor of the Commercial and Real Estate Sectors.

These cities include New Cairo, Obour, New Damietta, Sadat, May 15,10th of Ramadan, Al-Shorouk, Badr, 6th of October, and New Borg El Arab. The lands are offered for establishing service and investment activities.

The bidding starts on February 26 and until March 2, taking place at NUCA headquarters. ElSebaey also advised that the person allotted a land plot abide by the requirements included in the condition and specification drafts, confirming that the proposal would happen in the accordance with the provisions of Law No. 17 of 2015, as amended, and its implementing regulations.
