Square Seven Contracts Prime Hospitality to Manage Hospitality Rentals of Real Estate Assets

 

Square Seven signs a cooperation agreement with Prime Hospitality Management Group, in order to manage serviced apartments and holiday homes rentals for units owned by its clients, to achieve the highest return on investment from these real estate sleeping assets, Invest-Gate reports.

Ali Abdel Ghaffar, CEO and founder of Square Seven company, states that the company is responsible for marketing units for clients in the Egyptian market and in a number of foreign markets in which the company operates, as it seeks to increase the returns of these units and achieve a sustainable return, according to the company’s diversified investment targets.

Abdel Ghaffar adds that the company contracted with Prime Hospitality Management Group to manage the hospitality rentals of the units during the period when they are not occupied by their owners, as Prime Hospitality management Group is well known by its vast experience in managing serviced apartments and holiday homes in the region, by leasing them for the benefit of home owners to get the highest ROI.

The CEO points out that the company seeks to increase its clients base and presence in new areas within the local market, which will be achieved by cooperation with Prime Hospitality.

For her part, Miranda Guirguis, founding partner of Square Seven, notes that the contract will start with 75 diversified units in different areas, which will be rented and managed as serviced apartments and holiday homes through Prime Hospitality.

Guirguis clarifies that this cooperation comes within the framework of the strategic relationship between Square Seven and its clients to achieve sustainable return on their assets that they are handling, which reflects the excellence of the services provided and the partnership relation between client’s and the company.

Moataz Amin, CEO and Managing Director of Prime Hospitality, notes that the group seeks to increase its clients base by providing services that achieve comfort and luxury standards for guests staying in their units, also providing international standards of hospitality services for comfort and luxury stays that meets with “Prime Hospitality” brand image and identity.

Amin confirms the importance of hotel apartments and serviced apartments assets as type of investment that grabs the attention of a large percentage of clients during the recent period, besides it has become a strong trend for real estate developers and investors towards these types of projects.
