With investments of EGP 3 bn, Starlight Developments unveils their latest mixed use project URBAN K, Invest-Gate reports.
The project, a mixed-use and part of Katameya Creeks residential project, will add quality living for residents implemented through modern luxury retail, dining, office, and living spaces, Starlight Developments’ official statement reads.
Starlight Developments CEO Eng. Sherif Aboutaleb says, “We are optimistic about the launch of our latest mixed use commercial project URBAN K. The URBAN K project consists of six luxury buildings; one will be boutique hotel managed by a world-renowned hotel management entity. The rest are divided into retail and office spaces, each made up of three floors with an areas of 1500 sqm each.
The project has a total of 31 ground floor units for retail, and 84 office space units to accommodate flexible and responsive state-of-the-art workspaces, tailored to the individual needs of established and emerging companies.
