In a strategic move set to reshape Egypt’s real estate landscape, El Romany for Real Estate Development and Happy Developments have announced the launch of a new joint venture: Highvale Developments. This new entity is positioned to introduce a fresh approach to the market, combining design excellence with reliable execution to meet the evolving demands of today’s real estate clients, Invest-Gate reports.
Highvale Developments will make its debut with a flagship project in New Cairo, set to be unveiled within the coming weeks. This marks the beginning of an ambitious expansion plan that will later extend to the New Capital and Sheikh Zayed City. The company’s vision centers on delivering modern, high-quality real estate products that reflect both local aspirations and international standards.
Romany Youssef, Chairman of Highvale Developments and owner of El Romany Real Estate, stated that the launch of Highvale is the culmination of over two decades of accumulated experience. He emphasized that El Romany has successfully delivered more than 2,000 units over the years, making it a natural choice to lead the construction arm of Highvale’s upcoming projects.
From his side, Marco Refaat, Board Member of Highvale Developments and owner of Happy Developments, explained that the partnership brings together the core strengths of both companies. He noted that Happy Developments brings nearly eight years of experience in real estate development, in addition to owning Happy Mix, a building materials company — a competitive advantage that allows Highvale to maintain strict control over construction quality and cost.
To ensure world-class project standards, Highvale has partnered with several top-tier consulting firms. Hafez Consultants will oversee architectural design and engineering services, while MRB Holding will manage operational and commercial consulting. Etqan Consultancy will guide financial planning and strategic positioning, and Profit CRM System will provide integrated digital solutions to manage sales and customer relations.
Mohamed Hafez, Chairman of Hafez Consultants, expressed his excitement about collaborating with Highvale to create innovative, design-led projects that reflect Egypt’s current urban transformation. Mohamed Rashid, Chairman of MRB Holding, described the partnership as an opportunity to contribute to high-quality, commercially sound developments.
Mahmoud El Kady, Head of Marketing at Etqan, emphasized the firm’s commitment to building Highvale’s market presence through data-driven insights and bold marketing strategies.
Mohamed Hamdy, spokesperson for Profit CRM System, also expressed his satisfaction with the collaboration, affirming that Highvale will benefit from advanced technological tools aimed at maximizing sales efficiency and client satisfaction.
