Najma Walk has announced a strategic partnership with Concord Hotels & Resorts Group to manage and operate hotel services in its latest project in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
This partnership aligns with Najma Walk’s commitment to delivering a comprehensive, high-quality experience for its clients that meets international hospitality standards.
The agreement was signed by Engineer Mahmoud Shalaby, Board Member of Najma Walk, and Stephen John Luke, Chairman of Concord Hotels & Resorts, in the presence of Mohamed Qadri, Mohamed Al-Namki, and Dr. Montasser Abdel-Baqi, all members of Najma Walk’s board.
Engineer Shalaby stated, “This collaboration embodies our company’s vision of maximizing the investment value of our new project by providing integrated hotel services that enhance visitor experience and attract investors. Mohamed Al-Namki emphasized the company’s focus on delivering a smart investment project, noting that the collaboration with Concord Hotels & Resorts will provide a holistic experience, boosting the project’s overall value and ensuring strong returns for investors.
Dr. Montasser Abdel-Baqi added that Najma Walk features commercial, medical, and administrative units, along with a hospital offering medical tourism services. The project spans over 12,000 square meters and is designed around three main pillars that ensure a comfortable, practical environment for visitors and investors.
Mohamed Qadri highlighted that the first phase of the project will be launched in the second quarter of this year with flexible payment plans to meet customer needs, ensuring high long-term returns for investors.
