Studio apartments located at Dubai’s The Pulse Area will be sold at the end of the month at a cost of AED 280,000, according to the developer, Dubai South, reported The National.
Dubai South previously announced two residential projects at this year’s Cityscape Global, including The Pulse Area and The Villages as part of the company’s master plan community.
The units, which are expected to be completed by 2019 , will be built on a 70-meter-wide, six-lane boulevard in a gated community that also includes a retail center, sports center, schools, mosque, mall, and hotels located nearby.
The project includes not only studios, but also two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom and three-bedroom townhouses, stated Gulf News.
Dubai South already developed Al Maktoum International Airport, the Expo 2020 site, and a major logistics district, having previously been named Dubai World Central before being rebranded.
