Style Home Development’s Chairman Hussein Dawood discloses that the implementation rate in the Icon Residence 2 project in New Cairo has exceeded 95%, while the construction rate has exceeded 45% in just eight months of the construction process, which began last March.

Regarding the delivery plan, he reveals that the entire units of the project is scheduled to be delivered within three years.

Dawood emphasizes that the company’s projects are characterized by a different architectural style from traditional projects, which resulted in high demand rates, pointing out that the company’s projects are located in the most sought-after and distinctive locations.

It is worth mentioning that the company owns several projects in Tanta, in addition to more than five ongoing projects in different phases. It also has a diversified land portfolio outside Cairo.
