Style Home Development offers the last phase of The Icon Residence II project with payment plans of up 7 years and down payments starting from 10%, Invest-Gate reports.

Chairman of Style Home Development, Hussein Dawood, notes that 68% of the project is completed, adding that the last phase is set to be delivered in two years.

He adds that Style Home implements projects before offering them, which explains the great demand for the company’s projects.

Units in the last phase of THE ICON RESIDENCE II span between 110 sqm and 220 sqm, the top executive reveals.

Dawood says that the project is situated on 12,000 sqm in New Cairo near the American University in Cairo, with total investments of EGP 1.2 bn.

Furthermore, the chairman announces offering a new phase in THE ICON RESIDENCE I for immediate delivery with payment plans of three years and a down payment of 25%.

He remarks that the project is located on seven feddans in New Cairo and is fully completed with EGP 1 bn.
