Style Home Development announces the marketing of more than 60% of The Icon Residence II project in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Hussein Dawood, chairman of Style Home Development, confirms: “The Icon Residence II project is being built on an area of ​​50,000 sqm and consists of residential units, penthouses and duplexes with areas ranging from 110 sqm to 300 sqm.”

He points out that the project’s payment systems are up to 10 years, with a down payment starting from 10%. Emphasizing that the company seeks to provide its customers with many systems to offer the opportunity to as many citizens as possible to reserve.

Besides, the 1st project “The Icon Residence” is fully completed, while the construction rate of the 2nd project “THE ICON RESIDENCE II” reaches 50%, explaining that the construction rate is going well compared to the sales rate.

Also, he stresses that what distinguishes Style Home is implementing its projects before offering the units for reservation, which helps in overcoming any crises that may occur.
