Style Home Development announces the opening of reservations for phase III of the Icon Residence II project in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
Hussein Dawood, chairman of Style Home Development, says that the company has completed the marketing of phases I & II of the Icon Residence II project in New Cairo, which encourages the company to open the reservation for phase III.
Dawood adds that phase III features about 100 housing units, with different spaces ranging from 110 to 220 sqm, and offers different payment systems ranging from 10% down payment and installments up to eight years without interest.
Moreover, the company starts implementation work in parallel with setting the project up for reservation. The implementation rate amounts to about 55% of the total project, within one year and it is scheduled to deliver units in mid-2024.
Additionally, Dawood points out that the investments of the Icon Residence II project amount to EGP 1.3 bn. The project is built on 50,000 sqm (12 acres), with units starting from 110 to 300 sqm, as Residential units, penthouses, and duplexes.
It is worth mentioning that the Icon Residence II is a full-service residential compound that includes a number of smart services. It also enjoys high-quality finishing systems and landscaping, in addition to security.
