Style Home Development will launch the second phase of The ICON GARDENS project in New Cairo next month, Hussein Dawood, chairman, says, citing strong demand from the first phase, Invest-Gate reports.

The 100-270 sqm residential project’s 13-feddan site is behind the American University, with investments exceeding EGP 1 bn Egyptian pounds, Dawoud adds.

Only 26 of the ICON GARDENS’ 3 phases will consist of buildings, with over 80% of the land dedicated to green spaces, a social club, swimming pools, and an entertainment area.

The 70-meter-wide road servicing the project has 24-hour surveillance cameras along with bicycle and walking tracks, Dawoud notes.

The first phase’s delivery is scheduled to begin within 3.5 years, he reveals.

The company offers clients payment systems of up to 9 years interest-free and a down payment starting at 10%.

Style Home owns two other projects in New Cairo called The Icon Residence 1 and 2. The first has been fully delivered while the second has delivered phases, with Style Home investments in New Cairo exceeding 2 billion pounds including ICON GARDENS.
