Sultans Investment Wins Environmental Certification for Development Projects

Egyptian developer Sultans Investment & Development Co. obtained the ISO 14001 certification for its environmental management system, recognizing its sustainability standards, Invest-Gate reports.

The certification comes after the company was awarded ISO 9001 for quality last year and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. It is among a select few real estate firms in Egypt with such accolades from the international accreditation body JAS-ANZ.

Chairman Mohamed Sultan expressed pride in Sultans receiving the award, which confirms world-class quality and compliance systems. The company aims to be a pioneer in green building techniques.

Sultan said Sultans prioritizes customer satisfaction through a team of experts utilizing innovative systems. It also contributes to youth skills development and links them to the local sector.

The developer seeks to grow the real estate sector through effective public-private alliances launching sustainable projects meeting investor, developer, and operator interests, he added.

Founded four years ago, Sultans quickly established a comprehensive quality framework enabling multiple ISO certifications. This rigorous management approach achieves sustainable development standards in its luxury residential projects.

The accolades demonstrate Sultans’ commitment to operational excellence and position it as an industry leader in implementing global best practices in project execution and environmental stewardship.
