Property developer, Sweet Homes, has unveiled its plans for a new hotel apartment project in Ajman, reported Arabian Business.

The new development will feature 344 serviced apartments on a- 11,394 square- meter- land plot. It will also comprise coffee shops, restaurants and a health club.

Scheduled for completion in 2019 and located on the Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed road, the AED 141 mn project is designed to host visitors during the Expo 2020.
