Tabarak Developments has announced the delivery of 100 residential units within phase I of New Cairo’s 90 Avenue project, dubbed “Vibe Zone,” intending to hand over a total of 150 properties in the upcoming weeks, Invest-Gate reports.

To this effect, we carefully choose the location of our projects and the exclusive location of 90 Avenue is a testament to this,” Tabarak Developments Chairman Ali El Shorbany commented in a press release on December 21.

El Shorbany added, “90 Avenue is strategically located at the Fifth Settlement in a premium location close to multiple facilities including restaurants, hospitals, shopping malls, social clubs, schools, and universities.” Residential unit areas vary between 95 to 310 square meters, along with various commercial and office spaces.

“We collaborated with leading experts in construction and landscape design fields on the 90 Avenue project such as ‘Cracknell,’ a leading British company, to develop the landscape design of the project and ‘AMG Al Amar Consulting Group SA,’ in addition to providing technological and digital solutions to cater to the needs of our clients,” he continued.

At 90 Avenue, there is a 2,000-square-meter water tank to solely serve the residential component. In addition, each building has a two-story parking garage equipped with all safety amenities to ensure the comfort of residents.

The fully-fledged gated community is also equipped with the latest cutting-edge technologies from access control systems to solar street lights and a unique street planning around the project for the highest level of safety for pedestrians, the statement noted.
