Tabarak Developments expands in the Gulf real estate market with its first project outside Egypt, A’Aly Al Riyadh, with SAR 100 mn of investments, Invest- Gate reports.
The A’Aly Al Riyadh project is located in the Dhahrat Laban District in Riyadh, KSA. The project is only five minutes away from downtown Riyadh, ten minutes away from the airport, ten minutes away from the Embassies District, less than five minutes away from Jeddah Road, and two minutes away from the Western Ring Road. The project also enjoys a view of Wadi Hanifa. It is close to the largest commercial centers, the most luxurious hotels. Moreover, the project is located on a high hill, where the temperature drops about four degrees.
Additionally, A’Aly Al Riyadh covers 12,500 sqm, encompassing 139 housing units with areas ranging from 120 to 150 sqm, and duplexes with an average area of 300 sqm. All units are fully finished and ready for delivery.
Tabarak Developments emphasizes that all utilities have been implemented, including electricity, and sewage and water systems. The project also provides an integrated 24-hour security system, an integrated civil defense system, and garages under the buildings on an area of 8000 sqm.
Moreover, it features various entertainment facilities, including swimming pools for men and children, a closed place for women that includes a sauna, a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a kids’ play garden, a nursery, a supermarket, and a ballroom, as well as cleaning services around the clock.

Additionally, the project features smart home technology that allows residents to fully control their units remotely through smart phones. “The project distinguished location, next to the Embassies District, has led to the diversity of units owners’ nationalities,” he declares.
