Taj Misr Developments has marked a significant milestone by completing 90% of the Dejoya 1, 2, and 3 projects and Ezdan Mall in the New Administrative Capital, emerging as the leading developer in the R8 district for implementation rates, Invest-Gate reports.
Fouad Abaza, the esteemed honorary president of Taj Misr Developments and head of the Arab Affairs Committee in the House of Representatives, highlighted the company’s commitment to initiating work promptly and focusing on project completion.
Moreover, Abaza emphasized that despite economic challenges, soaring building material prices, and inflation impacting various developers, Taj Misr’s dedication to delivering top-notch quality within tight timelines has fostered customer trust.
The company’s financial stability and accelerated pace of execution played pivotal roles in surmounting these crises.
Furthermore, Mustafa Khalil, the Managing Director of Taj Misr Developments, expressed pride in achieving the highest implementation rates in the R8 district, emphasizing the company’s unwavering commitment to project facilitation.
Also, Khalil noted the delivery of 1,000 units out of 2,800 in the Dejoya 1, 2, and 3 projects, including Ezdan Mall, with plans for full completion by 2024.
That said, Taj Misr aims to infuse EGP 5 bn into construction by 2024 and targets sales of EGP 16 bn, having already achieved EGP 14 bn from New Capital and Zayed projects in 2023.
Notably, Khalil outlined the company’s strategy to expand into new projects in the Fifth Settlement next year, building on the triumphs in both eastern and western Cairo by Taj Misr projects.
