Taj Misr Developments announced the launch of its ninth project after successfully building and completing four projects: three residential and one commercial in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.
MP Fouad Abaza, Honorary Chairman of Taj Misr Developments, stated that the company’s success in completing a significant number of its projects has enhanced its credibility in the market, both with customers and the New Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD). He added that the company’s commitment encouraged ACUD to grant Taj Misr a new plot to develop a major project in the R8 area.
MP Abaza praised the efforts of ACUD’s leadership, particularly Eng. Khaled Abbas, Chairman of ACUD, and Major General Ahmed Fahmy, General Manager of ACUD, emphasizing that they provide comprehensive support to serious developers to help them overcome obstacles and complete their work effectively.
For his part, Eng. Mostafa Khalil, Chairman of Taj Misr Developments, mentioned that the new project will be an urban icon in the R8 area, thanks to its innovative design and prime location, along with the advantages it offers to customers. He noted that the Dejoya 4 project spans 71 acres with an investment cost of EGP 14 bn, overlooking a hotel and a university. The project is designed to ensure complete privacy across all phases, featuring swimming pools, a clubhouse, a five-a-side football pitch, and Padel courts.
Eng. Hania Mostafa Khalil, Managing Director of Taj Misr Developments, stated that the Dejoya4 project includes 3,300 residential units, with targeted sales estimated at about EGP 30 bn. She noted that construction began at the start of this month, with delivery expected in three years. The Dejoya 4 project is distinguished by its ability to meet customer needs, offering unit sizes from two to four bedrooms and various payment options of up to ten years.
She added that the project will include a commercial mall spanning 9 acres, extending along the facade and adjacent to the university and hotel, featuring commercial, administrative, and medical areas.
She emphasized that the company aims to expand significantly this year, accelerating construction efforts with plans to invest EGP 8 bn by 2025.
Regarding the expansion plan, Nourhan Ramadan, Vice Chairman of Taj Misr Developments, stated that the company intends to launch Taj Tower 2 opposite the iconic tower on a plot adjacent to the Taj Tower project, allowing the two projects to form an architectural landmark in the most important and well-known area of the NAC.
