Taj Misr Rolls Out New EGP 2 bn Compound in NAC

Egypt-based Taj Misr Developments has launched a new integrated compound in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), called “DE JOYA1,” with investments estimated at EGP 2 bn, Invest-Gate report.

Developed over 23 acres, with a built-up area of 19%, DE JOYA1 will be a fully-serviced gated community, featuring high-quality standards and first-rate services to suit all clients’ needs, Mostafa Khalil, the company’s chairman, affirmed in a recent press release.

The mixed-use solar-powered project will encompass 32 residential buildings, together with a 15,000-square-meter commercial mall, Khalil further stated, noting that work is set for completion in three years.

Besides, Taj Misr intends to launch the “Ezdan” project, which is a 6,500-square-meter commercial center in NAC’s Downtown District, according to the chairman.

Coming at a total cost of EGP 1 bn, Ezdan will comprise merely 200 commercial properties, with construction scheduled to commence in 2021, Khalil added.

Established in 2006, Taj Misr is the real estate development arm of the Egyptian International Construction Company (EICC), standing as one of the most reputed construction firms among local and international markets.
