Taj Misr Developments plans to launch a large residential project in Sheikh Zayed City by Q4 2022, Invest-Gate reports.
Mostafa Khalil, Chairman of Taj Misr Developments, says, “the project extends over 132 acres in Sheikh Zayed City and located in a privileged location, besides includes multiple real estate products.”
“Taj Misr Developments has completed 65% of the De Joya 3 project’s construction and 50% of the construction of De Joya 1, De Joya 2, and Ezdan Mall,” Khalil adds.
The company has also started the construction of Taj Tower that is located in the NAC over 8,057 sqm with a height of 47 floors and includes commercial and administrative activities.
Additionally, Khalil points out that Medhat Dorra is the principal consultant for all Taj Misr projects. The company is cooperating with major specialized companies to present projects that are able to compete strongly in the Egyptian market,

This partnership coincides with the acquisition of Emirates National Dubai Financial Leasing Company, which confirms that the group’s objectives focus on strengthening partnerships with various private institutions and bodies.
Further, Khalil confirms that work on the projects is proceeding according to the specific time plans of the NAC Company, pointing out that real estate will remain the most appropriate investment.
