Takween Engineering Consultants announces contracting with TAMAYOZ Developments for Madar project’s designs, TAMAYOZ’s third project in NAC, Invest-Gate reports.

Wael El Manzalawy, CEO of Takween Engineering Consultants, expresses his pleasure with the third joint collaboration with TAMAYOZ company.

El Manzalawy says that the Madar project will be the icon of the New Capital’s Downtown area, regarding the design of its building and new ideas presented in the project, which includes the first Roundabout food court in the NAC.

“The cooperation is made with Mansi International to prepare the architectural design of the project. The company is paying attention to all small details of the project to ensure its development according to the highest quality standards,” El Manzalawy notes.

Abdallah Mostafa, chairman of TAMAYOZ Developments, says that Takween has proven its worth in every project it participated in with TAMAYOZ, especially the development of Ivory Plaza project constructions.

“The project’s designs give distinction to all units with a panoramic view, whether for shops or offices. Moreover, Takween will provide permanent technical support at all phases of the project,” Mostafa elaborates.

Ahmed El-Shazly, CEO of TAMAYOZ Developments states that Madar project is located on 2,600 sqm in the Downtown district and is the first of its kind in the NAC as it includes the first roundabout food court.

Also, the project features a Dining Wheel with Business Meetup for all owners of the administrative units. Besides, fully equipped Clinic Arena to receive sick cases, where the floors and walls have been implemented with anti-bacterial properties and elevators for the medical part separate from the rest of the building.
