Tamayoz Developments completes selling the first phase of its “5 BUSINESS HUB” project, in New Administrative Capital (NAC), for around EGP 150 mn in 45 days, Invest-Gate reports
The 5 BUSINESS HUB project is located in the Downtown area and offers five diversified investment activities (medical, administrative, retail, restaurants, and technology). The project spans over 2,600 sqm, with a sales area of more than 10,000 sqm, and a total investment of EGP 350 mn.
In this regard, Ahmed El-Shazly, managing director of Tamayoz Developments, points out that this fast sale pace reflects the growing demand, and the consumers’ confidence in the company’s projects, stressing that the company intends to invest more in NAC, in conjunction with the state’s interest in the new fourth-generation cities.
For his part, Mohamed Sorour, head of the commercial sector of the company, explains that the company has contracted with a number of major consulting companies, to support its projects in NAC, led by Etqan Business Development, Dara for the project’s architectural designs, Healthcare to manage the project’s medical activity, and MRP for project management.
Sorour adds that the company is one of the first companies to obtain a building permit to implement its first project in NAC, “Ivory Plaza,” indicating that the project’s construction will be completed next March, after that the finishing work will commence, besides, the project is planned to be delivered in June 2023.
