TAMAYOZ Developments launches Madar, the company’s third project in the NAC, after the great success of the company’s two projects Evora Plaza and Business Hub Five, Invest-Gate reports.

TAMAYOZ Developments CEO Ahmed El Shazly says that the company launches its third project in the NAC, after the success of the first one, Evora Plaza, and achieves implementation rates higher than the targeted one, besides completing 80% of the sales of the second project, BUSINESS Hub Five.

Moreover, Madar project is located on 2,600 sqm in the Downtown district and is the first of its kind in the NAC as it includes the first roundabout food court, which consists of a Dinning Wheel. Further, the company’s total investments in the NAC exceed EGP 1 bn.

“The company contracts with major consulting and specialized companies, led by Takween Engineering Consultants, Etqan for financial and marketing consultancy, Health Care Medical Company to manage the medical activity of the project, and MRB to manage and operate the projects,” El Shazly states.

In this regard, Mohamed Sorour, head of the commercial sector of the company, says, “Madar project has a distinctive location being in between Downtown overlooking the main axis with width 75 meters, three minutes away from the Misr Mosque, and overlooking three views “Main Axis, Tourist Walk, and Garden View”.

Sorour points out that the project includes a Business Meetup for all owners of the administrative units. Moreover, the company provides flexible and varied payment systems to suit all clients for up to 10 years without interest.

For his part, Bassem El-Sherbiny, CEO of Etqan, the financial and marketing consultant for TAMAYOZ, says “we are keen to launch Madar project with strong competitive unrepeatable advantages in the NAC, regarding the project’s location and payment systems or distinguished pricing.”

Wael El Manzalawy, CEO of Takween Engineering Consultants, says that Madar project will be a distinctive mark in the NAC, referring to the cooperation with Mansy International Company to prepare the architectural design of the project.

Ahmed Adam, CEO of Health Care Medical Company, states, “The project includes Clinical Arena which is fully equipped to receive cases, where the floors and walls have been implemented with anti-bacterial properties and elevators for the medical part separate from the rest of the building.”
