Tameer, a leading real estate developer, has announced the completion of 80% of the construction for Phase One of its flagship project, Azad Views, ahead of schedule, Invest-Gate reports.
The development, located on 84,000 sqm in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement near the American University, represents a major milestone for the company. It is strategically positioned just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport and 40 minutes from the New Administrative Capital, and its total investments reach EGP 14.8 bn.
Azad Views is a follow-up to Tameer’s successful Azad project, which has already become home to 400 families within a thriving community of 530 units. This second phase introduces a blend of luxury, privacy, and modern living, featuring state-of-the-art amenities and a business complex to create a vibrant, integrated residential environment.
Saad Al Wazzan, Chairman and Managing Director of Tameer, expressed pride in the project’s progress. “This achievement reflects Tameer’s legacy as Egypt’s oldest real estate developer, with over 70 years of experience building iconic communities. The progress at Azad Views exceeds expectations and showcases our commitment to delivering on time and with exceptional quality,” he said.
Tameer’s extensive portfolio includes iconic projects like Maadi Degla, Al Maamoura in Alexandria, Maryland Housing in Heliopolis, and Sheraton Housing, as well as landmarks such as the Meridien Hotel in Garden City and the Oberoi (now Mövenpick) Hotel in Aswan. With Azad Views, Tameer continues its tradition of creating transformative urban developments in Egypt.
