Tatweer Misr, one of Egypt’s leading real estate development companies, announced its highest sales figure during the H1 of 2023, amounting to EGP 12 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

Additionally, the company announced its external expansion plan’s implementation and success in achieving delivery and operation targets in its various projects.

For his part, Ahmed Shalaby, President and CEO of Tatweer Misr, said, “Despite the global and local economic challenges that have cast their shadow over all economic sectors, including the real estate sector, Tatweer Misr succeeded in achieving EGP 12 bn during H1 of 2023, compared to EGP 3.1 bn achieved during the same period last year, with a growth rate of 400%, making it the highest sales recorded,” pointing out that the company raised its sales targets this year from EGP 15 bn to EGP 18 bn.”

On the local expansion level, Tatweer Misr succeeded in launching its sixth project in general and the third on the North Coast called, Salt, located at kilometer 185 on the Alexandria-Matrouh road, covering an area of 300 acres.

The project offers a variety of units, including chalets, separate villas, townhouses, and twin houses, ranging in size from 95 to 350 sqm. The master plan of the project includes a direct view of most of its units on a water façade, whether it be the sea or the lakes.

Regarding delivery operations, Tatweer Misr has prepared 2,600 units for delivery in its various projects until H1 2023, with a target of reaching a total of 3,600 units to be delivered by the end of 2023.

Notably, Tatweer Misr recently announced the delivery of 120 units directly on the sea in the D Bay project on the North Coast, just two years after the project was launched.
