Tatweer Misr is launching its third real estate project in east Cairo’s Mostakbal City, Invest-Gate reports.
The 420-acre Bloomfields community will include apartments, villas, twinhouses, and townhouses.
Scheduled for delivery in three years, the community project will have facilities including an educational area that houses an international school as well as a commercial area.
Clients will be offered an eight year payment plan, with a 5% downpayment and prices per meter starting from EGP 9,900.
Stretched among fast green landscape, the project is located only 10 minutes away from the American University in Cairo (AUC) and 10 minutes from the New Administration Capital.
