Tatweer Misr launches the Rivers project in New Zayed city in November on 100 acres, Invest-Gate reports.

The project has a built-up area of over 150,000 sqm. The project comprises 6 zones hosting over 700 units, including family homes.

Rivers also features standalone, twin-house, and townhouse units spanning between 180 sqm and 350 sqm.

The construction of the project is set to start in 2025 and be delivered in 2027.

The project comprises diverse facilities and amenities, including a clubhouse, central parks, an outdoor gym, a commercial hub with cafes and retail stores, and walk lanes and bike lanes.

Rivers is only three minutes away from Sphinx International Airport, 12 minutes from Sheikh Zayed, and 35 minutes from Downtown. The project also allows direct access to Dabaa-Roud Al Farag Axis, Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, Dahshur Road and El-Mehwar.
