Tatweer Misr launches Marina Residence Zone project in Ain Sokhna, at an investment cost of approximately EGP 1.2 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

The project covers 50,000 sqm as a built-up area and consists of four phases. It features 367 units split into 25 villas, 30 townhouses and 312 chalets. Units’ sizes vary between 55 sqm and 210 sqm.

Additionally, Zone altitudes start from +32 m above sea level and reach up +78m. All units enjoy a picturesque direct sea view.

Concerning the facilities, Marina Residence Zone features an 80-room hotel, serviced apartments, marina view, marina retail, and clubhouse.

As for the first phase, it spans over 15,000 sqm of built-up area and features 130 Units divided into 15 villas, 16 twin houses, and 99 chalets.

The real estate developer will start construction works in December 2023, will start delivering the units by December 2025.
