Tatweer Misr Plans to Establish University for Entrepreneurs

Egypt’s real estate developer, Tatweer Misr, is seeking to collaborate with international universities, focusing on entrepreneurship and the development of Micro – Small and Medium Enterprises- in order to establish a university specialized in the field, Invest-Gate reports.

“Our aim is to create partnerships with those institutions that will allow us to establish a unique university that focuses its learning on graduating the next generation of entrepreneurs,” Tatweer Misr Managing Director and ICSB Board Member, Ahmed Shalaby, says at the International Council on Small Business High-Level Knowledge Summit held May 11 .

Taking place at the UN headquarters in Cairo, the event commemorates the adoption of a UN resolution designating June 27 as MSMEs Day.

The new university will be the first to provide premier educational institution of its kind in innovation, entrepreneurship education, and SME development across six main schools.

Meanwhile, Tatweer Misr is launching its newest phase of Maesta- IL Monte Galala in Ain El-Sokhna with feasible payment plans.

The projects’ homes, overlooking sea views, are fully-furnished and offered with a 0% down payment. Buyers can pay through installments over a 10-year period, according to a released statement.

IL Monte Galala is Tatweer Misr’s latest project that spans over 2.2 mn square meters and is inspired by Italian sustainable buildings.

The project offers high-end living style featuring cabanas, 5-star hotels, spas, and luxury services, according to the company’s official website.
