TBK Developments, the development arm of Tabarak Holding, has announced a strategic partnership with CKD Creative Kingdom, a global firm specializing in comprehensive residential and commercial design concepts, Invest-Gate reports. The collaboration aims to develop cutting-edge real estate projects in West Cairo, redefining innovation in the Egyptian market.

This partnership aligns with TBK’s strategy to deliver exceptional real estate solutions that meet customer expectations and support Egypt’s Vision 2030. By leveraging the expertise of both companies, the collaboration seeks to introduce contemporary, high-quality developments that offer a unique living experience while adhering to global standards.

TBK has invested EGP 500 million in recent years to enhance its partnerships with leading design and construction firms. The company has established a network of trusted partners to execute flagship projects across East and West Cairo, including its New Cairo development, 90 Avenue.

For 90 Avenue, TBK has appointed EHAF to handle the master plan and execution of the commercial, administrative, medical, and hospitality zones across 40,000 sqm. Cracknell is responsible for landscaping, while MHMD is overseeing the unified visual identity for duplex units. Schindler is supplying and installing elevators for the residential buildings, ensuring top-tier quality, and Al Amar Consulting Group is supervising project implementation.

For future projects in West Cairo, RMC, a leading engineering consultancy in the Middle East, is handling engineering documentation, while Design Avenue is responsible for interior design and décor.
