TBK Developments has announced a strategic partnership with global workspace leader IWG through its HQ brand. The collaboration aims to develop state-of-the-art, flexible office spaces, starting with the La Vida Maadi project, Invest-Gate reports.
This partnership represents a major shift in Egypt’s office space market, capitalizing on IWG’s 30+ years of expertise in the field.
Moreover, IWG operates under renowned brands, such as Regus, Spaces, Signature, and HQ. It has a network of over 4,000 locations across 130 countries and a strong track record of success in projects worldwide.

Furthermore, the first collaboration will be the La Vida El Maadi project, a three-story administrative building covering 2,000 sqm.
