Abu Dhabi’s prominent developer, TDIC announced expansion of its project Saadiyat Lagoons District to include more townhouses, reported Trade Arabia.
The company has included two-, three-, four-bedroom units that are carry a contemporary design suitable for townhouses and offered for sale.
The contractor has prepared for on-site work and will grant the main construction works before the end of this year, stated TDIC Chairman Ali Majed Al Mansoori.
He also added that the project is designed to encourage outdoor living as it lies close to Zayed National Museum, Louvre Abu Dhabi and Cranleigh Abu Dhabi as well as New York University of Abu Dhabi, boosting what he describes a unique lifestyle, stated Gulf Construction.
Saadiyat Lagoons District is considered to be a prime residential community that consists of contemporary townhouses, villas, and apartments in a location that includes shops, food and beverage outlets, gardens and parks, central lagoon and linear park, mosques, and leisure facilities.
