Tesla Developments has unveiled its latest project, “Tesla Residence,” spanning 26 acres in West Cairo, as part of an ambitious expansion plan that includes launching a series of developments in 6th of October City in the coming period, Invest-Gate reports.

Alaa El Sheikh, Head of the Commercial Sector at Tesla Developments, said the launch aligns with the company’s vision to deliver a comprehensive real estate product that combines high-quality design, prime location, and diverse residential options tailored to different client segments, particularly amid West Cairo’s rapid urban growth.

He explained that “Tesla Residence” is strategically located directly opposite MSA University on Al Wahat Road and is designed as an integrated urban development comprising residential, commercial, hotel, administrative, and medical components. Residential unit sizes range from 98 to 184 sqm.

El Sheikh noted that the project includes hotel-style serviced residences built to international standards, a 400-meter commercial promenade, a dedicated medical building, and several administrative buildings. He added that the project was introduced to clients last month, with the first phase selling out completely within two weeks, reflecting strong demand driven by the location, smart design, flexible payment plans, and competitive pricing.

He further stated that the project is divided into four sales phases to ensure balanced construction progress, with the second phase currently being launched and deliveries scheduled to begin within three years. He added that “Tesla Residence” marks the first in a series of projects the company plans to roll out next year.

El Sheikh also revealed plans to launch a new 31-acre project within two months in a prime location in 6th of October City, featuring a distinctive investment concept and a wide range of services, reaffirming the company’s expansion strategy based on market analysis and evolving client needs.
